The Unified Construction Industry Council (UCIC) is a labor-management cooperation committee in Nevada, composed of 11 skilled-craft trade unions, along with local chapters of the Western Wall & Ceiling Contractors Association, Glazing Contractors Association of Southern Nevada, and the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America. This formidable alliance represents over 15,000 skilled-trade workers and about 150 contractors, each a vital cog in Nevada’s economy. Driven by the objective of fostering a safe, highly productive, and sustainable construction industry in Southern Nevada, UCIC integrates industry stakeholders and promotes a shared vision for the region. It sets the benchmark for excellence and innovation, shaping the state’s construction landscape and contributing significantly to the economy.
